Our offering is fixed-fee based, with all prices provided on a menu. Clients know exactly what they have to pay going into the engagement, with the ability to add more services a la carte at any time.
Will my documents and data be secure on the QDS Platform?
The QDS Platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which meets industry standards and best practices including security, privacy, compliance, and transparency. Logging onto the Platform requires a two-factor authentication, and passwords are all encrypted. All Quadrangle data is encrypted at rest, and we utilize Transport Layer Security to ensure encryption in transit.
Do you assist clients in the digital assets space?
Yes. We know that firms must adapt to changes in the industry including the introduction and rising prominence of cryptocurrencies. The same services offering that we provide for traditional trade and financing agreements can be extended to include digital asset custody agreements and similar documentation for this new sector. We have capabilities to support Bitcoin funds, Altcoins (Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin), mining-focused funds and index tracking funds in negotiations with their custodians and other service providers.
